………..I see something in this photographer and his images . Its the passion he has for his work that I adore. He is only 23 years old, yet when shooting for him he remains polite, professional and keeps a good eye. It will not offend me if you don’t post anything. Just having your input on his work would be just as nice.
I miss writing for you. I was just remembering how I lost my virginity at 16, and how that door opened up for me to explore my sexual being. I get asked how I got started doing erotica art and really its just a show of how comfortable I am sexually in my own skin.

That is what made me think of how it all started at 16, losing my virginity. From only comfortable doing missionary with the man on top to down the road having the man bend me over the counter while taking it from behind. Its always interesting to look back and to see your changes. As I can imagine you must feel the same. Looking at some of the first few erotica pictures you were proud of, to seeing the ones you are just now taking must give you a special feeling. Well, we all have our paths and I am so glad you are a part of mine. I’m proud of your work.

Ivy Red: Ten Years Later

……….Here are two photographs of Ivy Red, one of my favorite San Francisco models. The first was taken when she was just a kid of nineteen. The second shot was taken ten years later, after she became a famous fetish model. I use very simple photographic techniques. I shoot with old Canon F-1 SLR cameras. I don’t have a studio or any studio equipment other than a couple of lights with reflectors. I prefer to use natural light, or combination’s of natural light mixed with strobe or blue bulbs. I shoot film, and rarely use digital controls like Photoshop. I try to make pictures with depth, soul, and feeling. Lots of photographs I see in magazines are “perfect”–perfect model, perfect composition, perfect technique–but after a few seconds I turn the page and have no desire to see the one-dimensional photo again. I try to keep part of each shoot experimental, so I can avoid creative ruts and make new visual discoveries.

Ivy Red: At Nineteen

During our first shoot, Ivy posed by the mirror in my living room, and some kind of surreal magic happened. I’ve looked at this image a hundred times and never fail to find it mysterious and alive. For the picture that came later, I asked Ivy to smear her makeup, and lowered the illumination to give a “demon light” quality. What I got is more about mood than style, more about feeling than fashion. I have a print of this photo in my office, and every time I see it, I smile. The picture looks so fresh, like nothing I’ve seen before. That’s what I’m looking for in my photography.

Dear Tony, Within the past month, I had two shoots that ended up with a feeling of being taken advantage of and non professionalism. I was spoiled by our shoot in January. You truly showed me the trust with an erotic photographer, and what to expect professionally. I knew from the start that there are photographers that are not interested in photographing – but more interested in seeing me nude for their own pleasure.

I was reminded when I shot with Tyher – how wonderful these shoots are to me when a professional – yet friendly connection is made between model and photographer. I walked in to his studio knowing I wanted to push some new limits. Before I knew it – we were laughing while I was bound to rope tied to his ceiling loft as he was trying to look for scissors, before tightening the rope to a more restrained state. The moment was so comfortable, we began to talk about stars, galaxy’s and old story’s in between outfit changes.

I found such great pleasure deep inside of me, wanting to be so submissive while he did his intricate knot work. I could tell in his collection of bondage accessories that he finds pleasure in a submissive woman. But professional attitudes and the inner knowing of this, made the shoot very sensual while maintaining a feeling of safety and security. At one point, Tyher had me gagged and hog tied – he quickly went to the door and said “ok I’m going to get us coffee” and closed the door..only to return within seconds (this was an earlier joke) and we found the moment to be very humorous. I am so very blessed to have you in my life TW, and to remind me when I call in desperation that there are photographers out there that do want to expose fetishes and erotic woman as Art in Photography. I’m glad I didn’t give up and shot with Tyher. I had a wonderful experience and adore the photos as well as a new friendship.

Palomar: Suite 1510

……….Brandalyn entered the bathroom to perform a minor last minute touch up just before the final pictures were taken that highlighted the titillating shoot. Rumor has it that she is planning a return trip to the City of Brotherly Love for another play date with yours truly…stay tuned…..!
